Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is the most common type of massage which combines various hands-on techniques to break up muscle knots called adhesions and help improve circulation.

Sports Therapy

Sports therapy and rehabilitation is concerned with musculoskeletal conditions arising from sporting activity, not with general healthcare. It focuses on understanding and preventing sports injuries and dealing with the effects of physical and emotional trauma due to sports and exercise related injuries.

Functional Kinesio Taping

Functional Kinesio Taping gives support and stability to your joints and muscles without affecting circulation and range of motion. It is also used for preventive maintenance, edema and to treat pain.

Hot Stone Therapy

Hot Stone Massage Therapy is a massage and hydrotherapy treatment that uses smooth, flat and heated rocks placed at key points on the body. Once the stones have heated sufficiently, some are placed onto specific points on the body (such as the back, hands, etc.) and others are held by the massage therapist and used to work the muscles. This process warms the muscles and loosens tension to aid in healing and tissue repair.

Advanced Myofascial Release

Advanced Myofascial Release (MFR) is a safe and effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Treating issues such as chronic pain, postural imbalances and certain conditions such as migraines, back pain, neck pain, TMJ dysfunction, plantar fascitis and fibromyalgia.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping Therapy is an ancient Chinese form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin. This mobilizes blood flow in order to promote healing, and to help break down adhesions. Suction is created using heat (fire) or mechanical devices (hand or electrical pumps).

Bamboo Fusion Therapy

Founded by Natalie Cecilia, Bamboo Fusion Therapy is  performed with a series of tools crafted from pieces of bamboo and rattan. It offers the client a deep tissue massage, bringing an extreme sensation of relaxation and well being, reduced tension, stimulates the flow of blood and lymph.

It will provide you with personal accountability, a structured nutritional program to follow, and help keep you consistent and on-track

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a form of bodywork or alternative therapy using gentle touch to palpate the synarthrodial joints of the cranium. Gentle manipulations to a patient's spine and pelvic bones may also be applied, regarded as harmonizing with a natural rhythm in the central nervous system.

Massage Therapy

Pelvic Floor Therapy

Massage therapy for pelvic floor muscles is extremely beneficial and compliments Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy. The pelvic floor contains many ligaments and muscles that interconnect and act as a base of support for the pelvis. Massage therapy can work on all the muscles that attach to the pelvis; hamstrings, hip flexors, glutes, your core. It is no wonder that when our pelvis shifts from posture, or tight muscle, pain and discomfort begins to take its toll. Massage therapy works to release these muscles and regain proper balance and tone.

The following symptoms may be relieved by pelvic floor massage therapy:

  • Rectal genital abdominal discomfort or pain

  • Pain with functional movement such as sitting or standing

  • Pain during or after sexual activity

  • Increased urinary frequency, hesitancy & pain, leaking

  • Feelings of incomplete emptying

  • Discomfort around bladder
